A couple of people have asked me what supplements I take.  Supplements are not the answer you are looking for.  The only way you are going to reach your physical goals is by deliberate practice with adequate intensity.  The majority of them are a waste of money and most likely do more harm than good.  That being said I still use them for two reasons: intensity and recovery.

Intensity: 30 minutes before workout.

Allmax Nutrition Beta-Alanine: 1 scoop (3.2g)

Fitness Labs L-Arginine: 1 scoop (3g)

NOW Taruine: 1 capsule (1g)

Allmax BCAA: 1 scoop (5g)

AI Sports Nutrition Caffeine: 2 capsules (400mg) or STRONG COFFEE

In no way am I recommending anyone to try this.  Before you even consider using supplements make sure your diet is on point and your training is designed to move you towards your goal.
